Interior Ministry announces medical screening date for recruitment applicants

Ministry of the Interior has officially announced the next stage of its ongoing recruitment process, confirming that medical screening for shortlisted applicants will begin on April 7, 2026, at selected centres nationwide.

In an official statement, the Ministry explained that applicants who have been shortlisted will receive SMS notifications between March 29 and March 31, 2026. This notification period gives successful candidates a little over one week to get ready for the medical screening phase.

The Ministry also issued a strong warning to applicants to pay close attention to the source of all messages related to the recruitment process. According to the statement, all official text messages will be sent only from the authorised sender ID known as “CSERP,” and applicants should ignore any messages from unknown or unofficial sources.

Officials further explained the steps candidates must follow before attending the screening. Applicants who progress to the next stage will first see their application status change from “Qualified” to “Medical Screening” on the official recruitment portal before they are asked to make any payment.

The statement emphasized that all payments must be made strictly through the secure online payment system on the recruitment portal. This directive is intended to protect applicants from fraud and ensure that the process remains transparent and secure.

The recruitment exercise is being conducted for the various security agencies that operate under the supervision of the Interior Ministry, making the medical screening an important stage in the overall selection process.
